Answer: I think that all food is healthy if eaten in moderation and people are physically active Interviewee2: it is mainly for people with celiac disease because they cant digest wheat properly. Probe Do you think it is a healthier option? Answer: Is it healthier? No I dont think so, but people are always quick to follow the trends 3. What are your thoughts about the One Stop Lunch Shop menu? Interviewee1: I personally love the different variety on the menu. Probe Do you feel that the menu needs to be reinvigorated to include healthier options? Answer: No cause it already offers healthy options Interviewee2: I think it is ok, but they need to include more selections with clearly stated allergen information. Probe Do you feel that the menu needs to be reinvigorated to include healthier options? Answer: yes, healthy option would be a bonus. 4. What is your opinion about paying extra for a gluten free options on the menu? Interviewee1: I personally would not pay extra for gluten free mainly because it is not essential to my diet, however if it was essential I would definitely pay more Interviewee2: I feel it is wrong to pay extra as it is discriminatory against people medically needs gluten-free food in their diet 5. Would you change anything at the One Stop Lunch Shop? Interviewee1: I quite life the vibe of the place, me and my boys always chill there. Interviewee2: the menu needs a good spruce up and the dcor can be improved 6. Would you rate and recommend the One Stop Lunch Shop to others? Why? Interviewee 1: definitely. It is a cool place; it offers good value for money and the menu is very varied and good. Interviewee 2: yes. It is convenience. Really close to school and affordable.
