Hello Classmates and Wanda
The diversity level that my job practice is the deep level diversity. Where i work at their is no particular age, size, race, sex etc. It is more so based on things that are non observable such as attitudes, values, and beliefs. Yes i believe that work diversity is important to a companies culture as well as performance. The reason i believe that it is important, because some jobs would want a certain kind of person they need to get business to continue to flow. For example Hooters restaurant only want girls with a certain size, must be attractive, long hair etc. They want their girls to get good tips, and to keep the business flowing easily.
