My weakness is public speaking, I have a fear of speaking in front of people even if it is only 3 people. If they are all looking at me, I forget what I am going to say. I have been doing more public speaking lately which is helping my fear. The more practice I have, I think my fear is fading. It is important to speak in public and look comfortable doing it, it shows confidence and value to what you are speaking.

My strength is thinking outside the box and doing these a different way, presenting projects where it holds interest. There is a time and a place for being different and the skill is know, which technique to use and what your audience is going to be. I love to involve food, and ice breaker games and so far, I have never been told it was inappropriate, in fact I have had people come up to me and thank me for presenting it that way.
