Healthcare staff with relevant expertise and knowledge to facilitate the implementation of the evidence-based practice solution in both impatient and outpatient setting is very important in this present health care professional’s shortage. It is important to consider the skill mix required for the successful implementation of the evidence-based practice solution.After discussion with your preceptor, name one financial aspect, one quality aspect, and one clinical aspect that need to be taken into account for developing the evidence-based change proposal.
